Engineered to replicate the structure of commercial‑scale stacks, bridging laboratory‑scale research and industrial validation:

Line‑surface composite sealing technology effectively eliminates electrolyte leakage, a common pain‑point of research‑grade stacks. Manufactured under ISO 9001 quality standards for excellent stack‑to‑stack consistency.
Flexible configurations from 100 W to 5 kW via adjustable number of single cells. Compatible with all‑vanadium, iron‑chromium, organic and other flow‑battery chemistries.
Full kit covers end plates, current collectors, flow frames, 3D flow‑field bipolar plates, proton‑exchange membranes, 2.5mm graphite‑felt electrodes and other core components.
Charge‑discharge Performance of the 1kW‑Gen2 Stack at Varying Power Densities.
Test Conditions: 1.7M vanadium electrolyte; 40μm perfluorinated sulfonic‑acid proton‑exchange membrane; constant‑power charge‑discharge; ambient temperature of 25 °C.

Experimental Performance
Tests were carried out across a wide power‑density range of 120‑300mW/cm², yielding complete efficiency‑variation curves for coulombic, voltage and energy efficiency.
