State Energy Group’s Low Carbon Institute, in collaboration with State Energy Penglai Power and State Energy XinKong, successfully completed grid connection tests for its vanadium redox flow battery (VRFB) system. All key standards—including low/high voltage ride-through and grid adaptability—were met, with performance exceeding national benchmarks.

On June 17, Zeng Yanyang, Party Secretary of Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang, inspected the Jimsar Beiting All-Vanadium Redox Flow Battery (VRFB) Integrated Project—currently China’s largest operational VRFB project—to promote energy resource utilization and high-quality industrial development.
