Single-cell System

A compact modular flow battery system, suitable for universities and research institutions to conduct various studies on flow batteries, can be used for laboratory testing, scientific teaching, mobile exhibition, and other scenarios.

SPECIFICATION

Multichannel Flow Battery Single Cell Test Bench

The Multichannel Flow Battery Single Cell Test Bench (standard configuration: 8 channels, optional: 3 or 6 channels) is specially designed for flow battery research. It enables efficient parallel experiments, and is applicable to the performance testing and research of core materials such as electrolytes and membranes as well as flow field structures. It integrates data acquisition and analysis functions.
This equipment can accurately collect and output complete experimental data including Energy Efficiency (EE), Coulombic Efficiency (CE) and charge-discharge capacity. It provides support for material screening and performance optimization, and serves as a core experimental device for universities, research institutes and corporate R&D centers.

Laboratory Stacks

Stacks are the core component of the flow battery energy storage system, where the electrolyte undergoes electrochemical reactions to achieve charging and discharging, determining the power level of the system. Flow batteries have the characteristic of decoupling power and capacity because they store the electrolyte outside the reaction stack: the stack determines the power of the battery, while the amount of electrolyte determines the capacity. It is suitable for research institutions and manufacturers to test flow battery materials or systems.

High performance: Featuring a structural design adopted from large commercial battery stacks, with flow channels that have been thoroughly optimized and validated through engineering, the energy efficiency exceeds 80% under a power density of 200mW/cm²;
Consistency: Manufactured on a mechanized production line, the standardized production process has obtained ISO9001 international quality management system certification;
Diversity in specifications: The standard models are 1kW and 5kW, with the option to increase or decrease the number of cells within the 5kW range.

Flow Battery Test Platform

The flow battery test platform is fully functional and contains a variety of monitoring sensors to meet various material or process testing requirements. The platform adopts modular design, easy disassembly and assembly, and is suitable for research institutions and manufacturers to test flow battery materials, stacks or systems.
