On May 25th, ZH Energy successfully hosted its Employee Open Day. The company’s founder, Xie Wei, together with employees and their families from various departments, gathered for a team-building journey with ZH Energy. The event featured three main segments: a visit to the flow battery workshop, interactive science popularization, and family-friendly games. These activities effectively bridged the gap between the company and employee families, enhancing a sense of belonging.

Dr. Xie Wei led the families on a tour of the company’s exhibition hall and factory, introducing the company’s development journey and vision. He also provided a lively explanation of batteries, flow batteries, and energy storage knowledge. The tour was highly interactive, with enthusiastic participation and a vibrant atmosphere. Following the tour, the company organized family games to convey its care and attention to the “small families” of its employees.
